E-mail Customer Service

This page has been designed so you can easily email your customer service issues to us. All of the fields are optional, but the more information you can provide us, the quicker we can research your inquiry.

  1. Your personal information will automatically be populated from your user profile.
  2. Key in a Product Number from the order that you are inquiring about.
  3. Key in the Purchase Order Number used on your order.
  4. Key either your invoice number or packing slip number in the Invoice Number field.
  5. Use the text entry box to type your customer service inquiry. Please provide us with any further information that would help us to answer your inquiry.
  6. Press the "Submit" button.
  7. You will see a return screen acknowledging that your inquiry has been sent to Customer Support. Click on "Go To Main Menu" to return to the main menu page.
  8. We will send an email to address your customer service issue when we have finished researching your inquiry.
