E-mail Technical Service

This page has been designed so you can easily email your technical service questions to us. If you are a registered user and you are logged in the information that you provided when you registered should be defaulted in.

How to submit an E-mail Technical Service form.

  1. Fill out the information needed to submit the form. Please note that fields marked by a are required so that we may fulfill your request. By Providing detailed information we will be able to address your questions in a more timely manner.
  2. If you have come to the Technical Service form from a product document by clicking on Ask a Scientist the product number and brand of the product that you came from will be autofilled into the technical service form. If you are coming to the technical service page from another point in the site, you will need to provide the product number and the brand of the product that you are inquiring about.
  3. Use the text entry box for your technical question. Please provide us with any further information that you feel will help us answer your inquiry.
  4. Click on the "Submit" button and your e-mail we be routed to the appropriate technical service department.
  5. If your inquiry relates to a specific order that was placed with us, key in the Purchase Order Number that was used.
  6. If you have an invoice number or packing slip number key one of them in the Invoice Number field.
  7. You will see a return screen acknowledging that your inquiry has been sent to Technical Service. Click on "Go To Main Menu" to return to the main menu page.
