Can I order MISSION shRNA clones over the phone?

Why don't the MISSION shRNA have product numbers?
MISSION shRNA products are made on demand and do not have Sigma product numbers like our other products. MISSION shRNA constructs are made on demand and do not have Sigma product numbers like our other products. The online ordering process ensures that the information for each requested shRNA construct gets fed into our production system correctly. How long will my order take to process?

Each individual clone is produced on demand in our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility. The following times are required to produce each format after the order appears in our LIMS manufacturing database:

SHCLNG– Bacterial Stock   48 hours
SHCLND– Purified DNA   2 weeks
SHCLNV– Lentiviral Transduction Particles   4 weeks

Orders ship Monday -- Thursday. Glycerol format orders received after 3 pm on Wednesday may not ship until the following Monday. Some orders may require additional time to process. Please allow up to 2 weeks additional shipping time for international orders.

Do I have to create a profile to order?
Yes, please create an online profile and request order access (one time step that takes 24-48 hours for approval).


How do I create an online profile with order access?
At the top of the Web page, select "Your Profile", follow the instructions and complete all required fields. Be sure to select the box indicating that you are requesting order access and complete any additional required fields.


Can I cancel my order?
MISSION shRNA products are only created once an order is verified. Once your order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.


Is customization of large format orders possible?
Custom configurations, packaging, and orientations may be possible for some orders. Please contact your local sales representative or email us at MISSIONRNAi@sial.com for more information.


Why can’t I see the pricing for MISSION shRNA?
