MISSION^® shRNA Ordering Help

Sigma's MISSION shRNA web pages are designed to make ordering easy. Just log into your account*, and pricing and validation information will be visible on the clone ordering pages. We recommend ordering MISSION shRNA clones directly on Sigma's website. However, we understand that this is not always possible, so if placing your order via phone or email, please be sure to have this information available:

• Format (Bacterial Glycerol Stock, Plasmid DNA, or Lentiviral Particles)
• Species (Mouse or Human)
• RefSeq Number (often begins with NM_ or XM_)
• TRC Number

If you are ordering Plasmid DNA, please provide this additional information:

• Vector backbone (standard backbone or a custom vector backbone, and if so, which backbone?)

If you are ordering Lentiviral Transduction Particles, please provide this additional information:

• Vector backbone (standard backbone or a custom vector backbone, and if so, which backbone?)
• Volume (0.2 mL is standard; other volumes are also available)
• Titer (10^6 TU/mL is standard; other titers are also available)
