MISSION® esiRNA Specifications

Quality Control

  • The amplified region of the cDNA with the highest possible number of highly effective siRNA is selected using DEQOR primer design program.
  • PCR product of transcriptome library tested via gel electrophoresis and identity confirmed by DNA sequencing.
  • Purified RNase III digested product (esiRNA) validated via gel electrophoresis.
  • esiRNA concentration determined by measuring OD260 or fluorescence intensity.

Purification

  • RNase III digested products are purified via column purification with Q-Sepharose, isopropanol precipitation and ethanol wash.

Format

  • All esiRNA are delivered in solution (resuspended in nuclease-free TE buffer) at the concentrations listed below, as measured by OD260 or fluorescence intensity.

Shipping, Storage, and Stability

  • Shipped in solution on dry ice, in sealed plates.
  • esiRNA stored at –20 °C have demonstrated to be stable for 2 years. No decrease in stability after 12 freeze/thaw cycles.
