Jackie Day
After earning degrees in biology and chemistry, Jackie began her career at Pfizer in structure-based drug design. Since starting at Sigma in 2011, Jackie has leveraged her strong protein background in her current role in the Protein Technologies and Assays group. Now MilliporeSigma, Jackie is a senior scientist in the PTA group.

Ethan Patterson, Ph.D.

Ethan obtained his Ph.D. in Human Genetics from Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, where he used ChIP to identify transcriptional networks in endoderm development. Following graduate school, he was a Postdoctoral Fellow at Washington University in St. Louis, where he investigated chromatin regulation in neural development and cancer. Ethan joined MilliporeSigma in 2014, and has worked in the areas of genome editing and stem cell applications.

Caroline is the market segment manager for genome editing and CRISPR tools and reagents. Her career has led from a BS in Biology at the University of Kansas through research interrogating bacterial and eukaryotic genomes at Washington University, St. Louis University and the Children’s Hospital of Pittsburgh. Caroline came to MilliporeSigma seven years ago to serve as technical lead for custom cell line engineering projects. In her years at the genome editing bench, she has had first-hand experience performing precise genome editing to create gene knockouts, gene expression tags and SNPs using ZFNs and CRISPRs.  Caroline now leads CRISPR product development and supervises the MilliporeSigma CRISPR technical team to support customers worldwide.

Devon Anderson
Devon Anderson is currently the Global Commercial Development Manager for the MilliporeSigma ADME Tox and In vitro Safety Systems portfolio. His roll involves partnering with global strategic pharmaceutical accounts and contract research organizations in developing solutions for some of the most complex problems within in vitro ADME Tox and safety testing.

His previous role has been a Sr. Product Manager of the ADME Tox and In vitro Safety Testing portfolio. Within that roll he was responsible for portfolio strategy, strategic partnerships and collaborations and on boarding new technologies and product lines.

Devon Anderson has a B.S. in Biochemistry & B.A. in Microbiology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, in addition to a M.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Missouri St. Louis, MO.

Dr. Matthias Anstaett
Matthias Anstaett started with Merck in 2011 as an Account Manager, before becoming a Field Application Specialist Biomarker in 2013. In 2014, Matthias joined Singulex as a Field Application Scientist responsible for Western Europe, and in 2015 he integrated into Merck MCBS as a Field Application Scientist. Today, he's working as a Field Application Scientist for SMC and Luminex as part of the Immunoassay Platform Solutions group for Western Europe.

Erwin's career has led from a BS in Biochemistry at the University of Amsterdam to research in “lineage relationships by cellular barcoding” at The Dutch Cancer Institute. Erwin came to Millipore eight years ago and used his extensive flow cytometry experience in his role as Flow Cytometry specialist to serve the customers in the BeNeLux. Erwin now supervises the Merck commercial Flow Cytometry team to support customers in West & South Europe.
