extraction process homogenize, add 15 mL of acetonitrile with 1% acetic acid; shake for 1 minute; add contents of Supel QuE acetate extraction tube; shake at 2500 rpm for 10 minutes
clean-up process transfer 1 mL of acetonitrile layer into cleanup tube; shake for 1 minute; centrifuge at 5000 rpm for 3 minutes; draw off supernatant for LVI-GC/MS analysis

Description

Application The "Quick, Easy, Cheap, Effective, Rugged, and Safe" or QuEChERS approach was used to extract pesticides incurred in Thompson green seedless grapes. The presence of several pesticides commonly used on grapes was identified.
