Description

Analysis Note A change in the relative concentration of IgG subclasses (IgG1, IgG2, IgG3 and IgG4) in tissue indicates a change in immunological response. These chromatograms show the elution profiles of several IgG subclasses, including lambda and Kappa light chains and biotinylated IgG1. Note that sme of the aggregate peaks in front of the main component are partially excluded on the smaller (SEC-150) pore size column, but not on the 300 Angstrom pore size column.
