Description

Analysis Note Polymer particles are frequently used in bioseparations. Their advantages over inorganic particles, however, are often offset by generally lower efficiency. Discovery BIO PolyMA-SCX and PolyMA-WAX particles offer the benefits of polymeric particles, but have higher efficiency and better resolution than competitive particles. An example of the high efficiency of Discovery BIO PolyMA-SCX is shown in this Figure. The Discovery BIO PolyMA-SCX column gives efficient, well-resolved separation of a four-component peptide mixture.
