Description

Analysis Note Cocaine is often found laced with levamisole (one of the tetramisole enantiomers). These compounds are readily separated using the CYCLOBOND I 2000 DMP column - a derivatized cyclodextrin column only offered by Supelco. The method is also a suitable replacement for published methods utilizing CYCLOBOND I 2000 SN (no longer available) for the analysis of levamisole. A Cerilliant CRM was used to ensure reliable MS identification and quantification.
