Description

Analysis Note Immunoglobulin M (IgM) antibodies are pentameric complexes, produced by B cells, that are initially deployed by the immune system as a response to antigens. IgM has a molecular weight of around 970 kDa. Chromatographic analysis of this antibody was performed using a BIOshell A400 Protein C4 column.
