Titriplex® III solution:
Dissolve 0.2 g Titriplex® III in 100 ml of water for analysis.
 
Sample preparation:
Analysis of white and rose wines: dilute the wine 1:100 with water for analysis.
 
Analysis of red wines: concerning the sample the procedure is the same as that for white wine. The difference is the blank solution: add 1 drop of Titriplex® III solution.
 
Analysis:
Determine with the above mentioned test kit.
 
Calculation:
Calcium content in mg/l Ca = analysis value in mg/l Ca x 100
