Sample preparation:
Degas 100 ml beer in an ultrasonic bath. Dilute the carbon dioxide-free sample 1:199 with water for analysis.
 
Analysis:
Determine with the above mentioned test kits.
 
Calculation:
Phosphate content in mg/l PO4 = analysis value in mg/l PO4 x 200
