Arthur's Picnic in the Park is a free event for children and families giving children the opportunity to have their pictures taken with their favorite PBS Kids characters. This event takes place in St. Louis' Forest Park, September 26, 2009. Arthur's Picnic in the Park is free to the public, and offers live entertainment, food and fun for the whole family.
