Dorsal Root Ganglion

Submitted by: Miss Megan McFie

These are cells from a primary cell isolation of the mouse Dorsal root ganglion (DRG). The cells are fluorescently labeled and were imaged using a ZIESS Axio Scope. Each area of the image was captured at 100X magnification, in each of the three channels (blue, green and red). The channels were then merged and the individual images where stitched together in ImageJ to produce this image as the final product.

Magnification: 100x
