Basic Solution

Sigma-Aldrich offers a basic On-site Stock Solution in combination with a fridge or freezer, depending on what is needed. We will work with you and members of your team to identify what should be stocked and how much. Replenishment orders will be administered according to a agreed schedule to optimally meet your needs.

eScan
Scanner Solution : Small, light, intelligent barcode scanners driving an automated order creation process.
The scanner helps cut down your workload by automatically generating orders for each product scanned. Standard information such as product numbers and quantities that are scanned can be reported. In addition, customisable data as cost centres, PO numbers and PIN codes, can be included to help meet your process/ reporting requirements.
Mini Scanner
- Suitable for single scanner single stockroom
Midi Scanner
- Suitable for multiple users within one site
- Allowing each user to log on to the scanner and linking products selected to specific cost centres
Maxi Scanner
- Suitable for multiple stockrooms with multiple users
- Each location is assigned a unique Collection Point Index (CPI) to identify the location. The user logs in and scans the CPI number - Both users and products can be added or deleted from the system as required

eStore is an internet based stock control system, that fulfills your needs for control and historic tracking of the issuing of parts and consumables from your storeroom. It answers the questions; "What and When?", "For which job?", "To which engineer?" and this information is captured in an easy-to-use interface at the point of issue.
