ヘキサフルオロベンゼンをトレサーガスとして安定に発生します。また、本体は小型で持ち運びが出来、使用も簡単です。 測定は、拡散サンプラーVOC-SDやアクティブサンプラーORBO-101を用いトルエンなどのVOCsと同時にトレーサーガスを捕集しGC/MSで定量します。 これにより、VOCｓ濃度と同時に換気回数を測定することが可能です。
