固相抽出(SPE)は、クロマトグラフィー分析の前に選択的に試料を精製する迅速な技術です。 液体クロマトグラフィーの選択的な原理を利用し定量分析に欠かせないサンプル精製、濃縮、回収率を向上させます。
固定相には多くの種類があり、いずれもポリプロピレンチューブ、ガラスチューブ、96-ウェルプレート、ブフナーロートへ充填できます。 また真空マニホールドの使用により迅速に処理が可能です。		 SPE
