Aldrich 5mm NMR tube filling manifolds
NMR Tube Filling Technique
- Insert NMR tube through the open top cap and Viton O-ring (see figure 1)
- Evacuate NMR tube
- Fill NMR tube with a syringe through the PTFE-faced silicone septa (see figure 2)
- Tip-off NMR tube or remove tube and cap (see figure 3)

Manifolds have 0-10mm bore PTFE valves. The multiple filling station units allow removal of one NMR tube while the remaining tube(s) stay under vacuum.
