Only the highest quality NMR solvents and tubes are recommended for high resolution NMR experiments that require critical shimming quality. Examples of high-resolution NMR include experiments using high field (typically 500MHz or greater) NMR, non-spinning tubes, temperature gradients, multi-dimensional analysis, and biological compounds with high molecular weight.
