Sigma® offers supplementary products for use in antibody based immunochemistry and immunodetection. These products include reagents for antibody purification, characterization and modification, plus a wide variety of detection probe substrates, buffers and blockers. Our biotin/avidin reagents line includes a variety of avidin, streptavidin and ExtrAvidin^®; linked probes and anti-biotin antibodies. We offer a range of normal sera and sera controls and immunoglobulins purified from human and animal sera as well as mouse myeloma-derived monoclonal antibodies to a variety of antigens.

We offer several manuals and guidebooks that deal with topics such as basic antibody technology, purification and characterization and specialty topics like flow cytometry, ELISA and other immunoassays, and phage display.
