Substrates
A wide variety of substrates are offered for use with alkaline phosphatase- and peroxidase-conjugated proteins for an assortment of applications. These substrates are supplied as easy-to-use liquids or as SIGMA FAST^™ tablets.

SIGMA FAST tablets provide all necessary buffers and active ingredients in a one or two tablet system. All that is required is the addition of water to prepare active substrate solution. These products are convenient-to-use and also provide stability, accuracy of dosage, and safety in handling.
