Q. How do you reference the promo code? A. When placing the order by phone, ask the customer service representative to add the promo code to each antibody you choose to test. When ordering by internet, place the promo code in the field next to the product when completing your order. If you order through a special eCommerce system that does not have a promo code field, please place the promo code in the comments field.
Q. Are Prestige Antibodies™ included in the No-Risk Antibody Trail program? A. No they are not. Because Prestige Antibodies, Powered by Atlas Antibodies are the most highly validated antibodies in the industry and extensive validation data is available for every antibody, we are not including them in the No-Risk Antibody Trial Program.
Q. Is there a time limitation within which the antibody must be tested in order for this refund policy to be valid? A. Yes, 6 months from receipt of the antibody.
Q. Is there an expiration date for this program? A. Yes, currently promotion 168 runs to 12/31/2009.
Q. Does the program apply to more than one antibody purchase? If I buy two antibodies are they both valid for this promotion? A. Absolutely, the program applies to as many antibodies as you would like to test.
Q. Does the antibody need to be returned if the trial is unsuccessful? A. No the antibody does not need to be returned, but you must email your order number and antibody product number along with an explanation of the trial and your results to antibodies@sial.com.
Q. Are there trial sizes of antibodies available? A. There are no free trial sizes and in most cases we do not have sample sizes available. Please order the smallest pack size for your trial of the antibody. For some of our newer products we may have a 25 µL evaluation size available at a reasonable price. All sizes will be listed on the Web with current pricing.
