D1916 5,6-Dichlorobenzimidazole 1-β-D-ribofuranoside Inhibitor of RNA synthesis; causes premature termination of transcription. CK2 (casein kinase-2) inhibitor.
A1410 Actinomycin D from Streptomyces sp., ~98% (HPLC) Actinomycin D inhibits the proliferation of cells by forming a stable complex with double-stranded DNA, inhibiting DNA-primed RNA synthesis and causing single-stranded breaks in DNA. It has been shown to be an inhibitor of the minus-strand transfer step in reverse transcriptase.
D1515 Doxorubicin hydrochloride 98.0-102.0% (HPLC) Naturally fluorescent anthracycline antibiotic, anticancer drug. Doxorubicin is a substrate of MRP1 which was first cloned from a DOX-resistant lung cancer cell line. Fluorescent property has been exploited for the measurement of drug efflux pump activities as well as resolving the important question of intracellular localization of various multidrug resistance proteins and the role of subcellular organelles (Golgi and lysosome) in the sequestration of drugs and its implication in drug resistant phenotypes.
I1656   Idarubicin hydrochloride solid Topoisomerase II inhibitor
