Structures of Three Chemokine Receptors

Distinctions are shown between the C-X-C chemokine receptors (CXC-Rs), the C-C chemokine receptors (CC-Rs), and the Duffy blood group antigen receptor (Duffy antigen). Generally, CXC-Rs will bind only selective C-X-C chemokines and CC-Rs will bind only selective C-X-C chemokines and CC-Rs will bind only selective C-C chemokines, but the Duffy antigen binds both C-X-C and C-C chemokines.
