Capture! Panorama Antibody Array Technology
The development of antibody-based technologies has been driven by the often-poor correlation between mRNA and protein expression. Sigma’s Panorama Antibody Array technology enables researchers to screen expression changes in large numbers of proteins in significantly less time than it would take using conventional protein detection methods due to the antibody detection sensitivity. Panorama Antibody Microarray kits are designed for studying protein expression in cell or tissue extracts. The Panorama Antibody Microarray kits encompass the areas of cell signaling proteins, kinases and phosphatases of the MAPK and PKC pathways, chromatin remodeling and gene expression, including transcription factors, histone modifying enzymes, and various P53 pathways. With market-leading content, the Panorama Antibody Array - XPRESS Profiler725 provides a high-throughput tool for multiplex expression profiling of the most important proteome-related activities. Expression of proteins in F9 mouse stem cells induced to differentiate by retinoic acid utilizing the Panorama Antibody Array-Cell Signaling. The total cell extract of F9 cells non-treated or treated for four days with retinoic acid were prepared and labeled with Cy3 and Cy5, respectively. Equal amounts of Cy3 or Cy5 labeled protein were incubated on the slide. The experiment was repeated at least three times. Proteins marked in red were up-regulated while those in green were down-regulated. Differential Expression between Different Tissue Types Figure 2. Differential protein expression in mouse tissues utilizing the Panorama Antibody Array-Cell Signaling. Equal concentration of mouse tissue extract (5 µg/mL) from liver, lung, and cerebellum were incubated on different slides. Ordering Information
