Panorama® Antibody Array - p53 Pathways

Panorama® Antibody Array - p53 Pathways is designed for studying protein expression in cell or tissue extracts. The array contains 112 different antibodies each spotted in duplicate on a nitrocellulose-coated slide. The immobilized antibodies represent various p53 pathways and are also available independently.

  • Accurate and robust protein expression profiling of your sample in less than half a day
  • Qualitative characterization of protein expression against 112 different antibodies
  • Establish comparative protein expression profiles between two samples.
  • Proprietary slide treatment minimizes background staining
  • Suitable for use with Cy™3/Cy5 –based detection chemistries
