Capturing Science in Time!
Cells derived from the culture of neural stem cells were expanded in Stemline® Neural Stem Cell Expansion Medium (S3194) and then moved to conditions to allow them to differentiate. The image shows differentiated cells fixed and stained with an antibody for GFAP (an astrocyte marker in green), Anti-Glial Fibrillary Acidic Protein antibody produced in rabbit (G9269). The cells are also stained with Phalloidin–Tetramethylrhodamine B isothiocyanate (P1951) and 4',6-Diamidino-2-phenylindole dihydrochloride (D8417) as above. |
