Our robotic processes allow for flexibility unmatched by other suppliers. Microwell or deep well plates, equimolar concentration, mixed forward and reverse primers in the same well are all standard options for our customers. You can even select your specific plate and closure!

Format and Configuration
High-throughput oligos can be provided in 96 or 384 well plates. You can even request the plate type required for your system. Options for oligos in solution include equimolar concentration, forward and reverse primer in the same well, dilution in buffer or water, and equal or variable volume. Options for lyophilized oligos in plates includes equal nmole amounts or µg amount.

Quality
All oligos are provided deprotected, desalted and ready to use. High-throughput oligos are quality checked by MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry and/or PAGE analysis. Each plate is accompanied by an Excel spreadsheet that includes well location, sequence, oligo name, lot number, MW, µg/OD, length, Tm, concentration and volume. Spreadsheets are delivered by electronically on a compact disk or by e-mail. See your local office for details.
Delivery
Standard delivery is 3–5 days. Plate orders, containing oligos less than 51 bases, will ship within 3 working days. Large projects will be placed on a delivery schedule based upon your needs.
