Global operational facilities provide us with distinct advantages when compared to other manufacturers. Sigma has a controlled manufacturing process that includes: advanced scheduling tools using our production database (LIMS), redundant manufacturing equipment, dedicated order management team, 24hr/5 day manufacturing operation, and a world-class quality management system. All of our major manufacturing sites are ISO 9001:2000 or ISO14001:1996 certified.
As part of our quality management system, we require and measure continuous improvement through Plan-Do-Study-Act cycles and regularly review the results of these activities during our management reviews. Sigma employs an extensive array of performance metrics that are tracked, published, and reviewed at every level of our organization.
