Do you offer RNAi libraries? What do these contain?
Yes, Sigma offers predesigned libraries for siRNA and shRNA. For additional information about library content, please contact our customer or technical service departments.

Do you offer pooled RNAi libraries?
We offer a pooled shRNA library called LentiPlex to aid researchers interested in screening, more information can be found here. We also offer a product called esiRNA, a screening solution utilizing siRNA, more information can be found here.

Do the siRNA libraries and the shRNA libraries contain the same genes?
The siRNA and shRNA libraries do have some overlap in the genes they contain. For additional information on whether a library contains your gene of interest, please contact either our customer service or technical service departments.
