Do you offer custom viral production services for larger volumes of viral particles?
If you need more than 200 µl of lentiviral particles (currently provided), we can discuss custom production on a larger scale. Another solution may be to purchase the bacterial stocks or plasmid DNA and perform the packaging steps in your facility. Please contact your local sales representative or e-mail us at RNAi@sial.com.

Is customization of large format orders possible?
We can map the TRC library to your genes of interest. Custom configurations, packaging, and orientations are all options available to your team. Please contact your local sales representative or email us at RNAi@sial.com for more information.

Do you offer tissue specific promoters for shRNA?
Not currently, but continue to check back as we are constantly reviewing customer needs.

Do you offer RNAi services?
We have taken on multiple service projects in the area of RNAi, including generation of stable, knockdown cell lines and validating novel shRNA sequences. Send your inquiries to our RNAi@sial.com mailbox or speak to your local Sigma sales representative.

Can I customize my shRNA on the web?
You now have the ability to order many of our custom options online when placing your order. Options available are: alternate vectors, various volumetric scale and customized titer.
