Introducing the New MISSION shRNA Library, powered by TRC.
Do you want to perform RNAi in non-transfectable or non-dividing cells? Do you need efficient, long-term knockdown and require a robust, quality system? Sigma® Life Science and The RNAi Consortium (TRC) provide the MISSION shRNA Library for human and mouse genomes, developed at the Broad Institute, a joint venture between MIT and Harvard.
The MISSION shRNA Library is exclusive to Sigma Life Science and contains almost 250,000 clones including more than 80,000 validated clones. It combines all of the highly trusted TRC1 content plus an additional 88,000 clones targeting 4,000 new human genes and more than 5,000 new mouse genes!
Sigma-Aldrich is both a collaborative member and supplier of the MISSION shRNA Library, the most comprehensive and thoroughly validated shRNA collection available.

The gene families indicated below are a sample of the content found in the collection and are not inclusive of the genes found in the libraries. If you are interested in a specific gene family, please inquire at MISSIONRNAi@sial.com. You may also send us your gene lists for us to query the collection. For pre-arrayed gene family sets, please visit the shRNA Gene Families page or search for your targets of interest in our product search box.
