Sigma Extract-N-Amp PCR Kits offer an innovative extraction system that prepares genomic DNA for amplification by PCR or qPCR in as little as 8 minutes. The optimized kits include a specially formulated hot start PCR ReadyMix™ for amplification directly from an aliquot of the stable extract. Suitable for most downstream applications, our Extract-N-Amp kits provide the perfect solution for genomic DNA analysis.
