Plasmid Purification


We provide kits for the isolation of high quality plasmid and Bacterial Artificial Chromosome (BAC) DNA. Suitable for work with large and small scale plasmid, endotoxin-free plasmid, and BAC DNA. The technology uses advanced silica bind and elute with vacuum or spin format. Used for transfections sequencing, restriction digestions, cloning, and gene therapy.
