Imprint Methylated DNA Quantification technology
A rapid and reliable method to measure global DNA methylation shifts in about half of a day.
- Fast - The total protocol can be completed in about 4 hours
- Flexible - 8 well assay strips may be used for high-throughput applications or manual analysis; genomic DNA from cultured cells, tissues, plasma, or other body fluid samples may be used
- Convenient - This simple protocol uses a familiar ELISA-like procedure: colorimetric quantification and no radioactivity; low DNA input from 10-200 ng
- Complete - Includes methylated control DNA and all necessary reagents except water
- Sensitive - Detection limit is 5 ng of fully methylated genomic DNA (we used human in our tests).
