Running Buffers
Sigma offers three traditional running buffers for nucleic acid electrophoresis: Tris-acetate-EDTA (TAE), Tris-borate-EDTA (TBE) and MOPS-EDTA-sodium acetate (MESA) and a new unique alternative to traditional electrophoresis, Bionic Buffer.
