Running Buffers

Sigma offers three traditional running buffers for nucleic acid electrophoresis: Tris-acetate-EDTA (TAE), Tris-borate-EDTA (TBE) and MOPS-EDTA-sodium acetate (MESA) and a new unique alternative to traditional electrophoresis, Bionic Buffer. These buffers are made with the highest purity reagents and are use tested to ensure that they conform to Sigma's standard of excellence.
