Post Translational Analysis

Most proteins contain one or multiple post-translational modifications (PTM) impacting biological relevance. Phosphorylation, glycosylation, sulfation, and ubiquitination modulate functional and structural proteomics research. Analyzing presence and effects requires multiple enabling technologies including gel electrophoresis, mass spectrometry, HPLC and immunochemistry.
