Isolation of primary cardiomyocytes are labor intensive and often lack consistency and purity. Sigma Life Science iPSC derived cardiomyocyte products, powered by Axiogenesis, are a consistent and convenient source of large numbers of physiologically relevant cardiomyocytes validated for functional electrophysiology, calcium-flux and calcium-wave analysis, cardiac cytotoxicty, mitochondrial metabolism, and disease model for cardiac hypertrophy.

Cor.At miPSC derived cardiomyocytes are a physiologically relevant model for cardiac toxicity. Derived cell types will be available as off-the-shelf cells, application specific kits and custom services to satisfy the wide range of research needs.
