Human iPS cells were cultured with Stemline Pluripotent Stem Cell Culture Medium for 7 passages. Analysis by GTL banding indicate normal human female karyotype.

Maintain Differentiation Capability

Cells grown in Stemline Pluripotent Stem Cell Culture Medium successfully differentiate to cells of the three germ layers. Human iPS cells (Product No. IPSC0028) were cultured in Stemline Pluripotent Culture Medium for 10 passages prior to differentiation. Cells underwent embryoid body differentiation in the presence of FBS (Product No. F2442). RNA was collected at Day 21 of EB differentiation and qRT-PCR data was normalized to cyclophilin A. Fold increase values were compared to passage 10 undifferentiated pluripotent stem cells.
