Phosphorous Dendrimers

Sigma-Aldrich offers two families of phosphorous-based dendrimers: Thiophosphoryl Dendrimers based on thiophosphoryl chloride (224294) core, and Cyclotriphosphazene Dendrimers based on hexachlorocyclotriphosphazene (230286) core. Phosphorous dendrimers combine high solubility, good stability, and large dipole moments (10 - 300 Debyes). They also offer good functionality with a choice of aldehyde (in generations G = 1, 2, etc.) and dichlorophosphinothioyl (in generations G = 0.5, 1.5, etc.) surface groups.
