This presentation will introduce special/dedicated SPE phases like the Ag-Ion SPE for fractionation of cis & trans FAMEs prior to GC, the mixed mode phase for basic an zwitterionic drug components as well as explaining the use of the dispersive SPE for the QuEChERS Method and the multi layer silica tubes /dual carbon cartridge for the cleanup of dioxin samples.

This high selectivity and the the predeveloped methods allow analysts to achiever cleaner extracts allowing for lower detection limits and more reproducible results.
