The SAFC Urbana, Illinois site is dedicated to the manufacture and purification of ultra-pure materials for high technology applications. Products are mainly high-purity inorganic materials used in the fields of crystal growth for scintillators and optics, microelectronics, fuel cells, batteries, and other materials science applications.
|
The dedicated facility includes R&D, bulk production, analytical laboratories, packaging and a glass shop.
