Literature Request

With this option you have the ability to place your literature requests on-line. You are welcome to check off as many items as you are interested in receiving!

1. If you need a brand catalog, check the box of the appropriate brand.
2. If you need a specific Specialty catalog, check the appropriate catalog name.
3. The rest of the information on the page will be populated from your personal profile (if you are a registered and logged-in user). The address shown will be the mailing address for your literature. If this is not correct or you would like to change it, feel free to do so. If you need to update your mailing address permanently, choose Update My Profile from the Main Menu.
4. Press the "Submit" button.
5. A return page will acknowledge your request. Click the "Go To Main Menu" to return to the main menu page.
