eMail White List

Add the following domain and email address to your address book:

Domain: sigma-aldrich.com

Email address: mailuser@sigma-aldrich.com

Images can be enabled in most email programs by clicking on "Always allow (or display) images from mailuser@sigma-aldrich.com" when prompted upon opeing the email. This will allow future images from Sigma-Aldrich to be displayed without prompting.

1. Click on the "Save Address" link in the toolbar of your browser.
2. Check the "Add to Contacts" checkbox.
3. Click "OK."

1. Click on the "Add to Address Book" link at the top of your browser (next to the From Address).
2. Once the "Add to Address Book" window opens, enter any optional fields, and then click "Add to Address Book."
3. A confirmation message at the top of your screen will indicate you have added mailuser@sigma-aldrich.com to your Address Book.

4. Click on "Mail Options" in the upper-right-hand corner of your browser.
5. Click on "General Preferences" under the Personalization heading.
6. Go to the Security section and uncheck the box marked "Block HTML Graphics in email messages from being downloaded."
7. Click "Save" at either the top or bottom of your browser.

1. Click the drop-down arrow near the top of the email message.
2. Click "Add sigmaaldrich.com to Contacts list."

1. Click on the "Add Address" icon at the top of your browser.
2. Ensure mailuser@sigma-aldrich.com is in the email field.
3. Click "Save."

1. Click on the "Save Address" link at the top of the email (next to the From Address).
2. Enter Sigma-Aldrich in the First Name field.
3. Click "Save Entry."

1. Click on the "Save Addresses" link in the toolbar.
2. Check the "Add to Contacts" checkbox.
3. Click "Save."

1. Click "Mail Options."
2. Click "Filters."
3. Click "Add Filter."
4. In the top row, labeled "From header:" make sure "Contains" is selected in the pull-down menu.
5. Enter mailuser@sigma-aldrich.com
6. At the bottom, where it says "Move the Message To:" select "Inbox" from the pull-down menu.
7. Click the "Add Filter" button.

1. Click "Add to Address Book" in the email header.
2. Ensure mailuser@sigma-aldrich.com is correct in the "Address Book Editor."
3. Click "Save."

1. From your mailbox screen click on the "Address Book" tab.
2. Next to the "Lists" tab, click the "Add new contact" link.
3. Type in or paste mailuser@sigma-aldrich.com into the "Email Address" block.
4. Click "Save."
