My biggest accomplishment would have to be succeeding on a customer project when I was in SAFC Biosciences. Knowing that the work you performed on a media development project, helps a customer enhance their manufacturing process thereby allowing them to produce their active pharmaceutical ingredients more robustly, is very satisfying.

Using our own CompoZr™ ZFN technology, Sigma-Aldrich defines, develops and offers a new generation of genetically engineered rodent research models at our SAGE Labs. Our scientists will initially create Knockout rat models with focus in toxicology, neuroscience, and cardiovascular and inflammatory diseases. Using this novel methodology, Knockout Rats and Mice can be generated in as little as four months.

Adrienne has had the opportunity to work in several different functions throughout her seventeen-year career at Sigma-Aldrich. Adrienne started at Sigma-Aldrich as an Order Filler, moved quickly through distribution to become a Distribution Supervisor and then transitioned her experiences managing employees to Human Resources, where she oversaw two facilities. Currently, Adrienne manages the US Customer Service team.
