Sigma-Aldrich:
Director,
Global Strategic Accounts
I recently completed my MBA and I wanted to take on a bigger challenge. Sigma-Aldrich took me seriously and allowed me the opportunity to participate in a strategic planning project in 2008 and then relocated me to the headquarters in Saint Louis to start the New Ventures Group. My goal was to broaden my set of experiences. After many lengthy and serious conversations with our business unit leaders, Sigma-Aldrich offered me the opportunity to test myself in a new environment. As long as you are willing to work hard and communicate openly, Sigma-Aldrich will give you the chance to make the most of your career.
If you are ready to work hard, come here. If you are ready to learn new things, come here. If you are ready to make and deliver on commitments, come here. Sigma-Aldrich is a very serious place to work that has challenged me with direct feedback and consistently raised the bar for performance.
