Based out of Buenos Aires, Argentina, the CASA M.A.N.U. Project is a rewarding activity that focuses on the needs of children diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. Sigma-Aldrich volunteers work together with their coordinator in planning activities for the children that are enriching for both the children and the volunteers.
The program activities include visits to the zoo, amusement parks, and movie theaters, among others. The volunteers also work with local pharmaceutical companies to obtain the children’s medication at no cost or at a reduced price.
This program enriches the lives of the children by providing them with a loving, caring environment. It also allows volunteers to learn more about HIV/AIDS, and helps them build great relationships with the children.

SOBRE EL EVENTO
Los voluntarios de Sigma-Aldrich trabajan junto con los coordinadores en la planificación de actividades que son enriquecedoras tanto para los niños como para los voluntarios.
El programa de actividades incluye visitas al zoológico, parques de atracciones, salas de cine, entre otros. Los voluntarios también trabajan con las empresas farmacéuticas locales para obtener la medicación para los chicos en forma gratuita o a precio reducido.
Este programa enriquece las vidas de los niños ofreciendoles un ambiente de amor y cuidado. También permite a los voluntarios conocer más sobre el VIH / SIDA y ayuda a construir una gran relación con los niños.
