Description

Application In this application, QuEChERS extraction was applied to the analysis of pesticide residues in tomato-based spaghetti sauce. Sauce spiked at 10 ng/g with a variety of pesticides was extracted following AOAC Official Method 2007.01. The resulting extract was then subjected to cleanup using PSA/C18, concentrated, and analyzed by GC/MS-SIM. Recoveries for spiked replicates were >70% for all pesticides analyzed with %RSD values <15%.
